All of the contract options offer a fast response to emergency call-outs based on a best effort 48 hours from when the call is logged by DSR. Telephone support is generally via our Warrington office; however, in exceptional circumstances this may be direct from an engineer's mobile.
Before the commencement of a contract DSR will provide an on site evaluation of the instrument to ascertain the condition and performance, if so required. This will be a free of charge service, however any faults found that need to be rectified prior to the contract commencing will be charged for at our prevailing rates. Faults that are highlighted and not rectified will not be covered under the terms of any of our contracts.
Catastrophic pump failures that are not repairable will not be covered by any of our contracts.
Emergency call-outs that, in the opinion of DSR, are as a result of operator misuse, accidental or otherwise, or as a direct result of the failure of site services, will be charged extra to the cost of the contract.
Consumable items as defined by DSR Customer Services will not be covered by any of our contracts.
